Test fixture for GPS/GNSS receivers
The presented test bench for GPS/GNSS receiving module allows to reliably mount the module and operate more than 20 signals using miniature spring contacts. The test fixture allows access to any part of modules PCB and do not create signal interference that allows to verify operation of a board using an oscilloscope. By using the special handle, you could easily turn over the module to access the downside. The electrical contact between module and test fixture is not interrupted. That allows to provide both control signals and a RF / microwave signals to modules.
